I’d like to share with you this poem written by my Ruhi Book One tutor Ming Hui:

Ya illahi, ya illahi (O my God, O my God)

With the utmost Bounty
Thou has given eyes spiritual to me

Though faint and weak, it is
but limited by my capacity

This guiding light of wisdom
perceived only thru prayer & meditation

Many a times ignored & clouded
by my self and passion

Ya illahi, ya illahi
