Teaching Children’s Classes Grade 1 – Feb 15, 2009
早上9点多起来觉得浑身不舒服,尽管时间紧迫,还是穿上烂鞋出去小跑了十来分钟。结果没有改变多少,但总算是有点好转了。由Sophia推荐去位于Cineleisure二楼的香港兴旺茶餐厅吃午饭,菜式还算可以,服务周到。最有特色的是服务员几乎都是妈妈级的,很亲切,很有香港特色,是个值得推荐的餐厅。之后赶到欧南园MRT跟CHWJ碰面,她是一个苗条的广西南宁女生,虽然她自称要提高英语口语,后来发现还是不错的。在巴哈伊中心介绍给Melic,商量好课程的时间和设置等,邀请她参加3点开始的儒僖课程(Ruhi Institute)第三本,无它,就是让她有点“浸泡”在英语的环境中。现在想来,不知道让她一下子接触到什么是Baha’i,在第一次听闻到这个词后半个小时内进行课程,虽然是个“旁听生”,产生的反应不是能够预料的。
今天开始的Book 3课程设置成intensive形式,因为有成员很快就要辅导儿童班。并不是说辅导儿童班一定要学习Book 3,随时都可以开儿童班,只要有科学的方法和耐心。学习Book 3只是让大家更加了解为什么要开设儿童班,以及学习如何将巴哈伊的精神融入到教学过程中去。由Uncle Wei做协作者来开始这个课程,全程用英文快速浏览第一单元,即”Some Principles of Baha’i Education”,本来是打算两堂课内将Book 3讲完,每堂课4个小时,现在看来似乎要加过一节课,因为到八点时刚刚将第一单元分享完。普通的进展是如果每个星期学习3个小时的话,估计要半年才能将Book 3学完。之前由于Tech Cheng和Ming以及Margaret的辛勤付出,David和我在半年的时间内学习了Book 1和Book 2,这两个课程是用中文来进行的。下面列出儒僖课程系列结束这篇日志,因为要早点睡觉啊,明天开始一个星期都会很忙的了。
