Ramin ( رامین in Persian, 拉明 in Chinese) left Iran 15 years ago to live in Australia. After meeting and marrying Ruan Weiqing 阮偉清, a lady from Shanghai, he returned to Tehran with his bride and reunited with his family.

Ramin and his family are members of the Bahá’í Faith 巴哈伊信仰 ( http://info.bahai.org/chinese/ ). Like the Faith itself, Bahá’í marriages are not legally recognized in Iran, where Bahá’ís have historically been persecuted and do not enjoy full citizenship rights even today. As a married couple, Ramin and Weiqing cannot stay in Iran indefinitely.

There are about 300,000 Baha’is in Iran and around 6 million worldwide.

    是不是传说中的一夫多妻?

    呵呵,雖然伊朗允許一夫多妻,但是巴哈伊的基本教義中就規定了一夫一妻制的家庭形式。

    可以參考一下網址:

    http://www.macaubahai.org/

    巴哈伊信仰部分原则包括:

    • 摈弃所有形式的偏见;
    • 保证妇女与男子享有完全均等的机会;
    • 承认宗教真理的统一性及相对性;
    • 消除贫富极端;
    • 实现普及教育;
    • 人人负有独立寻找真理之责任;
    • 建立全球联邦体系;
    • 承认真正的宗教信仰与理智及对科学知识的追求之间的和谐统一。

    怪不得伊斯兰教不答应了

    據我所知,伊朗對巴哈伊教的敵對態度是因為巴哈伊教不認為默罕默德是最后一個顯圣者,所以才有這些沖突。
